Medicine School Track:
Medicine School emerged from the need to equip our communities with a deeper knowledge of using herbs for common ailments, so we can care for each other effectively. This track will focus on application, formulation, and safety considerations when using herbs using herbal energetics. We will delve into traditional diagnostic tools such as observing the pulse, tongue, and nails. This is a very hands-on class and will involve tea tasting, collaborative reseach and group activities. Together, students will put together a zine of what theyve learned so they can carry their knowledge into the future.
Course Dates:
Classes take place on Sundays from 10 am - 3:30 pm on May 17, June 14, July 12, August 16, September 13 and October 25. Our October class will take place outdoors at the Ignatius Centre in Guelph.
Access & Travel:
Medicine School will be held inside, on the top floor of a community arts centre. Participants will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access our classroom. Our last class
